Week 20
During week 20 of pregnancy, your baby is the size of a sweet potato. Congratulations! You are about halfway through your pregnancy. Your baby is beginning to develop patterns of being asleep and awake. He or she might even be awakened by your movement or loud noises. Sucking his or her thumb as a way to self-soothe also may begin around this time.
Your sweet baby will be here before you know it! As you wait for your little one’s arrival, pray for God to instill peace and patience within you.

But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
Prayer: Peace and Patience
Dear God,
As I wait for the arrival of my precious child, I come to You with a humble heart, asking for Your guidance and strength. Please grant me the patience and peace I need during this time of anticipation.
Help me to trust in Your plan for my life and the life of my child. Give me the wisdom to make the best decisions for both of us, and the courage to face any challenges that arise.
Lord, I pray You watch over the health and well-being of my baby and me. Protect us from harm, and surround us with Your love and grace.
Thank You for the gift of new life and for the miracle of childbirth. I pray You will bless my child with a lifetime of happiness, health, and joy.
In Your holy name, I pray,
