Refunds / Exchanges
We want you to be happy with what you purchased!
Please contact us at autumnandannieco@gmail.com within 30 days of your order for returns or exchanges. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we kindly ask that you return items in the condition in which they were received. Thank you!
Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve received and approved your return, please contact us at autumnandannieco@gmail.com.
Lost / Damaged Items
If your item was damaged in transit, please email us within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right. For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and digital downloads. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Wrong Address
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address when checking out. Once orders are shipped, no refunds will be given for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
