Shipping & Refunds

Shipping Details:

We will personally package and ship your items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Our standard shipping rate is $5.00 for USPS First Class which you can expect to arrive 3 to 4 business days after it is shipped.

We happily offer free shipping for all orders over $50. 

Refunds / Exchanges:

We want you to be happy with what you purchased. Please contact us at autumnandannieco@gmail.com within 30 days of your order for returns or exchanges. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we kindly ask that you return items in the condition in which they were received. Thank you.

Lost / Damaged Items:

If your item was damaged in transit, please email us within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right. For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS.

Wrong Address:

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address when checking out. Once orders are shipped, no refunds will be given for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
